Where is your store located? Directions?

 

We are located in the heart of Bed Stuy at

354 Throop Avenue , Brooklyn NY 11221

 

Buy Train : Nearest Subway stop is Myrtle Willoughby - G TRAIN  - about 10 min walk 

 

What are your store hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 10pm

 

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer free delivery to various Brooklyn neighborhoods. We require a minimum purchase of $50 for deliveries within Bed stuy and surrounding neighborhoods Bushwick, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and Crown Heights. For larger orders refer to our corporate orders.

 

What are your store discounts?

We offer a 10% discount on your in store purchase of a of case of wine.  You can mix and match any 750 ml sized bottles of wine to count towards the discount.  On sale items can count towards reaching the 10% discount, but will not be further discounted in price.

 

Do you allow dogs in the store?

We sure do! We are a very dog friendly store and always have a treat ready or water

 

How do I sign-up for the Loyalty Program?

Give us a call, send us an email, or inquire within the store. We will give you a card and you can start earning points immediately.

 

How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

You earn 1 point for every purchase.  Once you have 10 points, you can choose a bottle from our 10 $ bottle table wines for $ 1.00

 

I had this great wine while traveling in France, do you have it or can you get it?

We work very closely with wine importers and distributors to find the best wines and great prices.  We are more than happy to search and track down a wine for you.  For special orders we require case purchases.

 

Do you allow returns/exchanges of corked bottles?

If your purchase is "corked", you must return it with the receipt of purchase within 3 business days and we will gladly exchange your bottle for a new wine.  Re-cork the bottle immediately. One of our wine experts will need to verify that it is indeed "corked" or otherwise gone bad for you to receive a refund or exchange.  We cannot give refunds or exchanges on empty bottles

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders will result in a 10% restocking fee. If you would like to return all or part of your order, give us a call at (718) 387-1526 or email vindetablebrooklyn@gmail.com

  

If I place an order today, when will it ship / be ready for pick up?

Orders placed by 3 PM Eastern time will normally ship or be ready for pickup within two business days, providing all items are in stock. All orders that are placed are also put together in the order they were received, to ensure that each customer gets the requested wine in proper order. You will be notified by email that your order is ready to be picked up or if it has shipped.

  

What happens if no one is available to sign for my delivery?

There must be an adult of at least 21 years to sign for any delivery since the shipment contains alcohol. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, there will be two more attempts made on consecutive business days. At this point you can contact the shipper to make alternative shipping arrangements after the first attempt is made. Should delivery fail on all three attempts, the package will return to sender, and we must recharge shipping in order for the package(s) to be re-sent.

  

Do you ship to a business address and / or a Po. Box?

Yes, we do ship to business addresses, which is advised if no one is at your home address to sign for the delivery. You must be sure to include the business/company name, as well as a suite of floor number in the ship-to information to ensure that the package(s) are routed properly. We cannot, however, ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances.

 

Do you ship International

Unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States.

 

What is required to pick up an order, and can I send someone else to pick up my order?

You will need at least one form of valid identification and the order confirmation number. If you are without those items, you may show the credit card that the order was billed to. You may have someone else pickup the order for you, but they will also need proper identification and the order number as well.
